The Department of Mechanical Engineering exists since the inception of the institute. The first batch of Mechanical Engineers graduated in the year 2011. At present it offers undergraduate course in Mechanical Engineering. The department has laboratory and workshop facilities as per the university curriculum requirement to carry out experiments in all areas related to Mechanical Engineering. The faculty actively participates in workshops, seminars, and conferences and is involved in consultancy work.Department is committed to the well-being and all-round development of its studentsWe give our students the chance to participate in seminars, design work, project work, experiments, industry training, and teamwork to improve the learning process, which is essential for a comprehensive engineering education. At present the department has an intake of 60 students per annum.
