Mission:
It is a well-known fact that academia is expected to turn newbies/fresher into professional prior to their campus placement. It is a mandate that academia should increase employment quotient of candidate. This work has been undertaken by SSTD or Soft Skill
All the trainings starts from first year itself where a general introduction to communication and a refresher of spoken English is given to all the students. In second and third year, student is given an advanced training on corporate communication skills and interview skills. This even includes assessment of their performances and discussion on how they can improve. Students are given several targets in which they have to show their communication skills. Student is also made well versed with online platform so that any VC round (Video Call) can be easily taken care of by them.
