All work and no play make Jack a dull boy.” is a very famous English proverb. We all have heard it at least once in a lifetime. Since sports are a very crucial part of everyone’s life, the sports committee has a vision that the participants should be instilled with various virtues like teamwork, coordination and performing under pressure.

Many might argue that study or books are more important than sports. But the truth is that both are equally important in life, in fact, both are the two faces of a single coin. Continuous work not only tires you but also reduces your productivity. So, to have better productivity and focus, the sports committee motivates students to adopt sports of their choice.
